Returns are free for standard/full price orders.
Please note that we do not offer free returns on discounted items. In this case the return cost must be fully covered by the customer, including duties and taxes if applicable.
To make a return, please contact JohnZucca to receive a return label by email. You will need to print the label and follow the instructions on our return form and stick the return label on the top of the parcel (both should be included in your delivered box). We do not cover the costs of shipping your returns if our provided return label is not used.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and will refund your purchase within 2 business days after receiving the returned items. In order to be accepted, returns must be unworn and you must include your receipt. All refunds are reimbursed back to the payment method that was used for the original purchase.
